Manoela Quadros
Partner
With a B.S in Civil Engineering and minor in Construction Management, Manoela has worked in the public and private sectors of NYC Tri-state on a combined project value of over 300 Million. She made her debut in Manhattan’s private real estate development in 2019 and in this realm she has managed the pre-construction and construction of over 40 residential apartments units focusing on four pillars: schedule, budget, design and quality.
Nathan Evelkin
Partner
Nathan started his career working in elevator construction projects throughout NYC. He holds a B.S and M.S in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration. He previously managed miscellaneous steel fabrication and installation on luxury rehabilitation and new construction projects. Later he worked for a General Contractor managing the construction of over + $40Mil on residential developments, and also worked with private lenders in several Brooklyn development opportunities.
